To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

You must contact info@ochateas.com.au within 30 days on receiving your item(s) to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it is in an acceptable condition. Once we accept and process your return, you should receive the funds back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Faulty Items:

Please contact us if you have received a product that is damaged or defective. We will organise a replacement for you, free of charge!

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
• Original shipping cost, or taxes/duties incurred at time of purchase are non-refundable.
• Any loss or damage to the returned product(s) while in transit back to us is the customer's responsibility.
